How to use it
As a noun, "doubt" usually appears with an article (a/an/the) or a possessive. Try counting how many times you can use it in one sentence about your own life, then write one sentence about yesterday.
Common mistake
'Doubt' (verb) is followed by 'that/if/whether': 'I doubt that he'll come'. Saying 'I doubt he will come' means you think he probably WON'T — opposite of what many learners intend.
